Zoomlion Crane Load Moment Sensor
Load moment sensor and safety system component matching for Zoomlion cranes. The load moment limiter is the primary safety system on the crane and its parts are not generic: the ZTC250V is a 25 t machine with a 960 kN.m base boom moment while the ZTC550V is a 55 t machine at 2,033 kN.m, so the length sensor, angle sensor, pressure transducers and limiter display are all matched to the specific machine and to the boom configuration it was built with. We quote these only against the full model code and the superstructure serial number. One thing to establish before buying: a limiter that reads wrong is more often a calibration or a wiring fault than a failed sensor, and a new sensor fitted to a system nobody recalibrates will read wrong in exactly the same way. Zoomlion Crane Winch Motor
Winch motor and hydraulic drive parts for Zoomlion truck crane maintenance. Winch capacity scales with the crane: the ZTC250V is a 25 t machine and the ZTC550V a 55 t machine at more than twice the base boom moment, so the main hoist motor, its brake and the reduction gearbox are a size class apart between them. The main hoist and the auxiliary hoist on the same crane are also different assemblies, which is worth stating on the enquiry rather than leaving us to ask. Crane part numbers are split between the chassis book and the superstructure book, so anything on the winch is quoted against the superstructure serial number. If the complaint is a hoist that creeps under load, look at the brake and the counterbalance valve before the motor — those are much cheaper parts and they account for most creep faults.
Concrete pump wear parts
Zoomlion Concrete Pump Delivery Cylinder
Delivery cylinder sourcing for Zoomlion concrete pumps used on construction sites. The model code carries the specification: in HBT60.13.118RS and HBT80.16.174RSU the first group is output in cubic metres per hour and the second is delivery pressure in MPa, so these are a 60 m3/h 13 MPa machine and an 80 m3/h 16 MPa machine. The second is not a larger version of the first — higher pressure means a different cylinder and different wear parts behind it. Delivery cylinders are chrome-plated bores and they wear as a system with the piston rams: new rams fitted into a scored cylinder are destroyed in short order, so we quote the two together and ask about bore condition. Send the bore diameter and stroke you measure, and the hours since the last cylinder change if you have them.
Concrete pump wear parts
Zoomlion Concrete Pump Spectacle Plate
Spectacle wear plate and cutting ring sourcing for Zoomlion trailer concrete pumps. The pair is sized to the pump, and the model code tells you which pump you have: HBT60.13.118RS is a 60 m3/h machine at 13 MPa, HBT80.16.174RSU an 80 m3/h machine at 16 MPa, and the S-valve, spectacle plate and cutting ring behind the higher pressure are different parts. Plate and ring are always replaced as a pair: a fresh ring run against a grooved plate loses its seal within a few hundred cubic metres and lets slurry blow back into the hopper, which is normally the symptom that started the enquiry. Send the bore diameter and centre distance you measure on the old plate, and say whether you want the standard hardfaced pair or the tungsten carbide insert version. Carbide costs more per set and usually costs less per cubic metre on continuous pours in crushed granite or basalt aggregate. The S-valve wear sleeve and the seal ring behind the cutting ring are quoted with the pair if you tell us the hours since the last change.

Zoomlion Boom Lift Joystick
Joystick and control parts for Zoomlion aerial work platform maintenance. These are boom lifts — the ZT20J is a telescopic machine at 12.2 t with a 454 kg platform rating and the ZA18J is an articulating one — and their control parts do not carry over to the ZS-series scissor lifts, which use a different platform control box entirely. Proportional joysticks are matched by the number of axes, the enable and trigger switch arrangement, and the controller they signal to; the platform box and the ground control box take different units even on the same machine. Send a photograph of the existing joystick with its connector visible, plus the platform nameplate. Before replacing one, check the harness at the platform gooseneck: it flexes on every cycle and is a more common cause of an intermittent control fault than the joystick itself.

Zoomlion Crane Hydraulic Hose Kit
Hydraulic hose kits quoted by crane model, hose length, fitting type and pressure requirement. Hoses are the item on a crane where the machine model tells us the least. What identifies a hose is the inside diameter, the length between fitting faces, the fitting type and thread at each end, the orientation of any bend, and the pressure rating of the circuit it serves. Photograph the failed hose with the layline text if it is still readable and measure it end to end. Two things worth knowing before ordering: boom hoses run inside the sections and are routed to a specific length, so a hose that is merely close will chafe through and fail again; and once one hose in a circuit has failed from age, the rest of that circuit is the same age, which is why we quote them as a set rather than one at a time.

Zoomlion Crane Slewing Bearing and Slew Reducer
Slewing bearing, slew reducer and slew motor sourcing for Zoomlion truck cranes. The bearing is sized to load moment, not to the tonnage badge: the ZTC250V carries 960 kN.m on the base boom while the ZTC550V carries 2,033 kN.m, so raceway diameter, ball size and bolt count are a full size class apart, and the older QY25V is a different bearing again from the ZTC250V it was replaced by. Zoomlion also builds a heavier 25 t platform, the ZTC251 series, on a different chassis with a different bearing, which is why we ask for the full model code on the nameplate rather than the tonnage. A slewing bearing is a structural safety part and is quoted only against the superstructure serial number. Before ordering one for a crane that slews roughly or with play, measure the tilt clearance with the boom loaded and unloaded and compare it with the wear limit in the manual; a bearing that is still inside the limit usually has a reducer or pinion problem instead, and those are far cheaper to fix.

Zoomlion Crane Outrigger Cylinder and Seal Kit
Outrigger jack cylinders, horizontal extension cylinders, seal kits and load-holding valves for Zoomlion truck cranes. Zoomlion's QY25V brochure puts the 25 t machine on a 5.15 m by 6.1 m outrigger spread at 29,400 kg in driving condition, 22,900 kg of it on the rear axle group, and it prints separate lifting tables for outriggers fully extended and intermediately extended — so the horizontal beams are worked at two positions and both cylinder types see service. The ZTC250V that replaced it travels at 29,600 kg, and the ZTC550V at 42,000 kg with more than twice the base boom moment, which puts its jack cylinders a bore class above the 25 t cranes. A crane has four vertical jacks and four horizontal extension cylinders, and some builds add a fifth jack under the front of the chassis; front and rear jacks are not always the same part, so name the corner on the enquiry. A leg that sinks slowly under load usually points to the piston seal or the pilot-operated check valve on the cylinder rather than a damaged barrel, so say whether the leg creeps down, will not retract or leaks at the rod before ordering a complete cylinder. Send the rod diameter, the retracted pin-to-pin length and the stamping on the barrel together with the chassis nameplate.

Zoomlion Crane Boom Wear Pads and Telescoping Seals
Boom slide pads and telescopic cylinder seal kits for Zoomlion truck cranes. On the QY25V the main boom runs from 10.3 m to 38.5 m, and Zoomlion's lifting tables show how that 28.2 m of travel is split: telescopic cylinder I contributes up to 7.1 m and telescopic cylinder II the remaining 21.1 m. Full extension takes 120 s on the brochure figure, and every cycle drags the sections across their pads. That split matters when ordering — the two cylinders are different parts with different seal kits, and a boom that extends unevenly or will not hold its length points to one stage, not both. The ZTC250V, the 25 t crane that followed, is a different boom: its load moment falls from 960 kN·m on the base boom to 672 kN·m fully extended, against 950 and 525 kN·m on the QY25V, so pads and cylinders are not carried across by tonnage. Pads are identified by section and position — upper, lower and side pads on one section are separate parts, and the pads at the head of one section are not the pads at the tail of the section sliding inside it. Tell us which section shows scoring or metal-to-metal marks and measure the remaining pad thickness; for seals, send the stamping on the cylinder and say whether it is cylinder I or II. A boom that creeps in under load is more often the balance valve on the telescopic cylinder than the seals.

Zoomlion Crane Hoist Wire Rope
Main and auxiliary hoist wire rope for Zoomlion truck cranes, quoted from the rope actually on the drum. Zoomlion's QY25V brochure gives the duty the rope works at but not its diameter: 135 m/min on the main winch and 100 m/min on the auxiliary, both measured at the third layer on the drum, with the 25 t hook block reeved on 8 parts of line at the 10.3 m base boom and down to 3 parts at the full 38.5 m, and the 3 t hook on the 8 m jib running on a single line. That reeving table is why length cannot be guessed from tonnage: full-height work on few parts and short-boom work on eight both have to be covered by the rope on the drum, and the auxiliary rope is a separate length again. Because the brochure does not publish the diameter or the construction, we do not quote from a catalogue figure. Send the tag or certificate from the old reel, or measure the diameter across the crowns of the strands on an unworn section near the drum anchor, and tell us the length you need and whether it is the main or the auxiliary rope. Hoist ropes on telescopic cranes are rotation-resistant constructions, and a same-diameter rope of another construction can let the hook block spin under load. The same rule applies on the ZTC250V and the ZTC550V — the 55 t crane carries more than twice the base boom moment, and its rope, sheaves and hook block are grooved a size up. Replace against the discard criteria in the operator manual, and check the sheave grooves while the rope is off.

Zoomlion Scissor Lift Hydraulic Lift Parts
Lift cylinder, hydraulic power unit, lowering valve and hose sourcing for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. The suffix on the nameplate decides what you are ordering: HD builds lift through a hydraulic pump unit, DC builds drive electrically, and the two do not share a lift circuit. Size matters as much — the 8 m ZS0808 runs a 24 V / 3.3 kW lifting motor on a 31 s up / 40 s down cycle, the 14 m ZS1414 a 24 V / 4.5 kW motor at 88 s / 60 s, so cylinders and power units are a size class apart. We also cover the ZS0407, ZS0608, ZS0812, ZS1012 and ZS1212 builds; send the full model code including the suffix. The emergency descent valve is a safety component and is quoted only against the machine serial number.
Electrical parts
Zoomlion Scissor Lift Battery and Charger
Battery packs and chargers for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. One model code covers several different packs: the 8 m ZS0808 ships with either a 4 x 6 V 170 Ah or a 4 x 6 V 225 Ah set and a 24 V / 30 A charger, the 14 m ZS1414 with a 4 x 6 V 220 Ah set, and US-market builds of that machine use a 4 x 12 V 300 Ah configuration instead. Li builds carry a lithium pack with its own battery management system and charger, which is not a drop-in replacement on a lead-acid machine. Quote against the label on the pack currently fitted and the rating plate on the existing charger, not against the machine model alone.
Brake parts
Zoomlion Scissor Lift Drive Motor and Brake Parts
Drive motors, brakes, wheel ends and tyres for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. There is a trap here worth knowing before you order: both machines are front wheel drive, but the ZS0808 brakes on the front wheels while the ZS1414 brakes on the rear axle. Ordering brake parts by series name gets you the wrong end of the machine. Travel speeds are the same across the range at 3.5 km/h stowed and 0.8 km/h raised, and tyres are ∅381 x 127 mm on both the 8 m and the 14 m machines, so tyres are one of the few items that genuinely do cross the range. Pothole protection linkage parts are quoted separately and only against the machine serial number.
Electrical parts
Zoomlion Scissor Lift Control Box and Joystick
Platform control box, joystick and ground control parts for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. Scissor lifts use a different control system from the ZT and ZA boom lifts: the platform box on a ZS machine drives lift and travel from one proportional joystick with a steering rocker on top and an enable trigger underneath, and it talks to the controller on the chassis over a single harness through the scissor stack. The box is matched to the drive configuration — HD hydraulic-lift builds and DC electric-drive builds run different controllers and the boxes are not interchangeable even on the same size machine. Send the label inside the box lid and the full model code with its suffix. Before replacing a joystick for a machine that drives only in one direction or lifts but will not travel, check the tilt sensor and the pothole protection switches: both cut travel by design and account for most of the control faults reported on these machines. The emergency stop and the emergency lowering circuit are safety components and are quoted only against the machine serial number.
