Hydraulic parts
Zoomlion Scissor Lift Hydraulic Lift Parts
Lift cylinder, hydraulic power unit, lowering valve and hose sourcing for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. The suffix on the nameplate decides what you are ordering: HD builds lift through a hydraulic pump unit, DC builds drive electrically, and the two do not share a lift circuit. Size matters as much — the 8 m ZS0808 runs a 24 V / 3.3 kW lifting motor on a 31 s up / 40 s down cycle, the 14 m ZS1414 a 24 V / 4.5 kW motor at 88 s / 60 s, so cylinders and power units are a size class apart. We also cover the ZS0407, ZS0608, ZS0812, ZS1012 and ZS1212 builds; send the full model code including the suffix. The emergency descent valve is a safety component and is quoted only against the machine serial number.

Electrical parts
Zoomlion Scissor Lift Battery and Charger
Battery packs and chargers for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. One model code covers several different packs: the 8 m ZS0808 ships with either a 4 x 6 V 170 Ah or a 4 x 6 V 225 Ah set and a 24 V / 30 A charger, the 14 m ZS1414 with a 4 x 6 V 220 Ah set, and US-market builds of that machine use a 4 x 12 V 300 Ah configuration instead. Li builds carry a lithium pack with its own battery management system and charger, which is not a drop-in replacement on a lead-acid machine. Quote against the label on the pack currently fitted and the rating plate on the existing charger, not against the machine model alone.

Brake parts
Zoomlion Scissor Lift Drive Motor and Brake Parts
Drive motors, brakes, wheel ends and tyres for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. There is a trap here worth knowing before you order: both machines are front wheel drive, but the ZS0808 brakes on the front wheels while the ZS1414 brakes on the rear axle. Ordering brake parts by series name gets you the wrong end of the machine. Travel speeds are the same across the range at 3.5 km/h stowed and 0.8 km/h raised, and tyres are ∅381 x 127 mm on both the 8 m and the 14 m machines, so tyres are one of the few items that genuinely do cross the range. Pothole protection linkage parts are quoted separately and only against the machine serial number.

How ZS1414 Differs From the Rest of the Range
- The tallest ZS scissor lift, reaching a 13.7 m platform on a 1.4 m wide chassis. Everything structural — scissor arms, platform deck, chassis — is unique to the 14 m machine.
- Drive is on the front wheels but the brake is on the rear axle — the opposite arrangement from the 8 m ZS0808, where both are at the front. This catches people out when brake parts are ordered by series name.
- The 4.5 kW lifting motor takes 88 s to raise and 60 s to lower, against 31 s / 40 s on the ZS0808. The lift cylinder, hydraulic power unit and lowering valve are all larger; none of it interchanges with the shorter machines.
- Platform capacity is 260 kg against 230 kg on the shorter machines, and the machine carries a load sensing system as standard — a load cell fault will stop the machine lifting, so it is a common service call rather than a structural failure.
- Tyres are ∅381 × 127 mm, the same as the 8 m ZS0808 despite the size difference — one of the few genuinely shared wear items in the range.
Reading height and width from the model code
ZS scissor lift codes are platform height in metres followed by overall chassis width in decimetres, both rounded: ZS0808 is an 8.00 m platform on a 0.81 m chassis, ZS1414 a 13.7 m platform on a 1.40 m chassis, ZS0607 a 5.8 m platform on a 0.76 m chassis. The second pair is the one that decides parts compatibility — ZS0607 and ZS0608 reach the same height on different-width chassis, so their scissor arms, platform decks and chassis parts do not interchange. Trailing letters describe the drive and power train, not the size: HD = hydraulic pump drive, DC = direct electric drive, Li = lithium battery pack.
Figures taken from the Zoomlion ZS1414HD specification page on the manufacturer site (A-grade source). Gradeability is deliberately omitted: that field on the source page repeats the up/down time (88/60 s) rather than a slope figure, so no valid value is published. The two battery configurations are quoted as printed; confirm the pack voltage and capacity from the label on the machine before ordering a charger.
Commonly Replaced Parts on Zoomlion ZS1414
For Zoomlion ZS1414 scissor lifts, the parts that move are the lift circuit, the battery and charger, and the drive and brake ends. Quotes are confirmed against the full model code including the drive suffix, since HD, DC and Li builds do not share a lift or power train.
- Lift cylinder seal kits, holding valves and emergency lowering valves
- Hydraulic power unit, pump and lift motor parts
- Scissor arm pins, bushings and pothole protection linkage parts
- Battery packs and chargers matched to the pack actually fitted
- Drive motors, brakes and wheel end parts
- Platform control box, proportional controls and tilt sensors
- Load sensing cells and overload cut-out parts
- Non-marking tyres and wheels
- Platform guardrails, entry gates and deck extension parts
This list covers typical wear items for this machine category. Availability for a specific part is always confirmed against the OEM part number.
