SANY Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit

Seal kit matching for SANY boom, arm, bucket and outrigger cylinders. Seal kits are identified by the cylinder, not by the machine: bore diameter, rod diameter and the seal groove arrangement decide the kit, and a single excavator carries boom, arm and bucket cylinders in three different sizes, while a truck crane adds outrigger and telescoping cylinders again different. This listing spans a 21.9 t excavator, a 35 to 38.1 t excavator and a 25 t class truck crane, which have nothing in common at cylinder level. Measure the rod diameter and the bore and send those with the machine serial number. Two things worth knowing: a cylinder that has been resealed twice and still leaks usually has a scored rod or a worn gland bore, and no seal kit will fix that; and it is better to buy the kit for the cylinder you are opening than a set for the machine, because a cylinder that is not leaking is best left closed.

The model code carries the rating: the HBT6013C-5 is the 13 MPa machine at 65 m3/h and 5,790 kg gross, and the HBT8018C-5 is the 18 MPa machine. The second is not a larger version of the first, and the wear parts behind the higher pressure differ. The spectacle wear plate and the cutting ring are a matched pair and are always replaced together — a new ring run against a grooved plate is worn out in a fraction of its life and lets pressure past into the hopper, which is usually what people are trying to fix in the first place. Tell us the plate bore diameter you measure, and whether you want the standard pair or the tungsten carbide faced pair. Carbide costs more up front and is normally the cheaper choice on continuous pours in abrasive aggregate.

SANY Excavator Sprocket and Idler

Sprockets, drive tumblers and front idlers for SANY SY-series excavators. These are sized by machine class, not by model family: the SY135C at 13.5 t, the SY215C at 21.9 t, the SY365H at 35–38.1 t and the SY485H at 49.5 t run four different undercarriage classes, and none of these parts crosses between them. The SY365H alone ships in three builds (-9, -10 and -S) at 35.0, 36.0 and 38.1 t, so send the full suffix rather than the base model. Two things we always ask before quoting: whether you want a bare idler wheel or the complete assembly with recoil spring and track adjuster cylinder, and what condition the track chain is in — a new sprocket run against a stretched chain wears out in a fraction of its normal life, so the two are usually replaced together. The recoil spring is a stored-energy component and should not be stripped in the field.

SANY Excavator Track Chain, Shoes and Rollers

Track link assemblies, track shoes, bottom rollers and carrier rollers for SANY SY-series excavators. Undercarriage wears as one system, so we quote it as one: fitting new chain against a worn sprocket destroys both, and when chain pitch has reached its wear limit the sprocket belongs in the same shutdown. Two details decide the part number and neither is readable from the model name. First, roller count differs between the standard and long-undercarriage builds of the same machine — count the bottom rollers on one side and tell us the number. Second, shoe width is a separate specification from the machine model, since the same SY215C is built with several widths for different ground conditions, and the shoe bolt pattern follows the chain rather than the machine. Abrasive quarry rock and lateritic soils cut undercarriage life well below the manufacturer figures, which is worth planning stock around rather than discovering mid-season.

Zoomlion Concrete Pump Delivery Cylinder

Delivery cylinder sourcing for Zoomlion concrete pumps used on construction sites. The model code carries the specification: in HBT60.13.118RS and HBT80.16.174RSU the first group is output in cubic metres per hour and the second is delivery pressure in MPa, so these are a 60 m3/h 13 MPa machine and an 80 m3/h 16 MPa machine. The second is not a larger version of the first — higher pressure means a different cylinder and different wear parts behind it. Delivery cylinders are chrome-plated bores and they wear as a system with the piston rams: new rams fitted into a scored cylinder are destroyed in short order, so we quote the two together and ask about bore condition. Send the bore diameter and stroke you measure, and the hours since the last cylinder change if you have them.

Zoomlion Boom Lift Joystick

Joystick and control parts for Zoomlion aerial work platform maintenance. These are boom lifts — the ZT20J is a telescopic machine at 12.2 t with a 454 kg platform rating and the ZA18J is an articulating one — and their control parts do not carry over to the ZS-series scissor lifts, which use a different platform control box entirely. Proportional joysticks are matched by the number of axes, the enable and trigger switch arrangement, and the controller they signal to; the platform box and the ground control box take different units even on the same machine. Send a photograph of the existing joystick with its connector visible, plus the platform nameplate. Before replacing one, check the harness at the platform gooseneck: it flexes on every cycle and is a more common cause of an intermittent control fault than the joystick itself.

Zoomlion Scissor Lift Hydraulic Lift Parts

Lift cylinder, hydraulic power unit, lowering valve and hose sourcing for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. The suffix on the nameplate decides what you are ordering: HD builds lift through a hydraulic pump unit, DC builds drive electrically, and the two do not share a lift circuit. Size matters as much — the 8 m ZS0808 runs a 24 V / 3.3 kW lifting motor on a 31 s up / 40 s down cycle, the 14 m ZS1414 a 24 V / 4.5 kW motor at 88 s / 60 s, so cylinders and power units are a size class apart. We also cover the ZS0407, ZS0608, ZS0812, ZS1012 and ZS1212 builds; send the full model code including the suffix. The emergency descent valve is a safety component and is quoted only against the machine serial number.

Zoomlion Scissor Lift Battery and Charger

Battery packs and chargers for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. One model code covers several different packs: the 8 m ZS0808 ships with either a 4 x 6 V 170 Ah or a 4 x 6 V 225 Ah set and a 24 V / 30 A charger, the 14 m ZS1414 with a 4 x 6 V 220 Ah set, and US-market builds of that machine use a 4 x 12 V 300 Ah configuration instead. Li builds carry a lithium pack with its own battery management system and charger, which is not a drop-in replacement on a lead-acid machine. Quote against the label on the pack currently fitted and the rating plate on the existing charger, not against the machine model alone.

Zoomlion Scissor Lift Drive Motor and Brake Parts

Drive motors, brakes, wheel ends and tyres for Zoomlion ZS-series scissor lifts. There is a trap here worth knowing before you order: both machines are front wheel drive, but the ZS0808 brakes on the front wheels while the ZS1414 brakes on the rear axle. Ordering brake parts by series name gets you the wrong end of the machine. Travel speeds are the same across the range at 3.5 km/h stowed and 0.8 km/h raised, and tyres are ∅381 x 127 mm on both the 8 m and the 14 m machines, so tyres are one of the few items that genuinely do cross the range. Pothole protection linkage parts are quoted separately and only against the machine serial number.

LiuGong Excavator Main Pump

Main hydraulic pump sourcing for LiuGong excavators used in earthmoving and quarry operations. This listing runs from the CLG913E up to the 46.5 t CLG950E, taking in the 22 t CLG922E at 125 kW and the 36 t CLG936E at 232 kW along the way, and pump displacement scales with the machine, so nothing crosses between them. LiuGong used more than one hydraulic supplier across these builds, so the number cast into the pump body is what actually identifies the part; the excavator model alone is not enough. Before committing to a main pump it is worth confirming the diagnosis, because a pump is the most expensive component on the machine to guess at. Low power and slow cycles are as often a worn regulator, a failed pilot circuit or a main relief set low as they are a scrap pump, and a regulator costs a fraction of a pump. Describe the symptom and we will say what to measure first.

LiuGong Grader Cutting Edge

Cutting edge and blade wear parts for LiuGong graders used in mine road maintenance. Cutting edges are specified by length, hole spacing, hole count and thickness, and by whether the moldboard takes a curved or a flat edge. The grader model narrows the choice but does not settle it, because moldboard length is an option on both of these machines. Measure the edge on the machine and count the bolt holes — that measurement identifies the part faster than any model number does. End bits wear at a different rate from the main edge and are ordered separately, and the plough bolts and nuts are consumables in their own right: reusing stretched bolts is the most common reason an edge works loose in service and takes the moldboard face with it.

Cooling system parts

LiuGong Loader Radiator

Radiator, fan and cooling system parts for LiuGong wheel loaders in hot and dusty sites. Cooling packs follow the engine rather than the loader: the CLG835H carries a Yuchai YC6J while the CLG856H and CLG862H both carry a Cummins QSL9.3, so the core, the fan and the shroud differ between the small machine and the two larger ones even though all three are LiuGong loaders. Send the engine plate along with the machine model. On quarry and haul road work the usual cause of a cooling complaint is not a failed radiator at all but a core packed solid with dust between the fins, or a hydraulic oil cooler mounted ahead of it doing the same thing — both are worth checking before buying a core. If a core is being replaced anyway, ask about a wider fin pitch: it blocks far less readily in dusty air, at a small cost in cooling area.

Gasket and overhaul kits

Yuchai Engine Overhaul Kit

Overhaul kits for Yuchai engines used in loaders, trucks, small mining equipment and gensets. Yuchai part numbers are tied to the specific calibration, not to the series name: YC6A covers dozens of builds such as YC6A260-T302 and YC6A240-T300, and compression ratio, pistons and head gasket thickness can differ between them. There is no single kit that covers YC4D, YC6B, YC6J and YC6A together — a four-cylinder YC4D shares nothing with a six-cylinder YC6A. Send the complete engine nameplate code and the engine serial number and we build the kit for that engine.

Fuel injector matching for Yuchai diesel engines, quoted by engine nameplate and injector part number. Yuchai injectors follow the calibration, not the series: YC6A alone covers dozens of builds such as YC6A260-T302 and YC6A240-T300, and injector flow rating differs between them although the engine looks the same from outside. The four-cylinder YC4E and the six-cylinder YC6L share nothing here. We ask for the number stamped on an injector already fitted as well as the engine nameplate, because on a machine that has been repaired before, what is in the engine is often not what left the factory, and matching the running set matters more than matching the original specification. Injectors are supplied as a set for a reason: one new injector against five worn ones leaves the engine running unevenly and the new one doing more work than it should.

Turbocharger

Yuchai Turbocharger

Turbocharger supply for Yuchai engines working in construction equipment and generator sets. The turbo is matched to the power rating rather than the engine series — one YC6J family covers several ratings and each is turned with a different compressor and turbine trim. This listing also spans the 10.338 L six-cylinder YC6MK and much smaller four-cylinder YC4D units, which have nothing in common. What identifies a turbo reliably is the plate on the turbo housing itself, so send a photograph of that alongside the engine plate. Before ordering, one thing is worth checking: repeat turbo failures are almost always an oil supply or air filtration problem rather than a bad turbo, and a second new unit will fail the same way if the cause is still there.

Yuchai Water Pump

Cooling water pumps for Yuchai engines in construction, mining support and genset applications. This listing covers four different engines, from the four-cylinder YC4D up to the YC6108G, and the pump differs by series and usually by build within a series. Pulley diameter and groove count follow what the machine has to drive, so two engines carrying the same model code can take different pumps. Send the engine nameplate, the number cast into the old pump body, and a photograph that shows the pulley. Say also whether you want a bare pump or one with the pulley already pressed on — pressing a pulley in the field without the right tooling is the usual way a new pump gets damaged before it ever runs.

Starter and alternator

Yuchai Starter Motor

Starter motors for Yuchai engines, checked by voltage, mounting type and engine model. Four things decide the part and the engine model is only one of them: system voltage (12 V on the smaller four-cylinder builds, 24 V on most six-cylinder and genset applications), the number of mounting bolts and their spacing, the tooth count on the pinion, and whether the unit is reduction geared or direct drive. Count the pinion teeth and the mounting bolts on the old unit before ordering; those two numbers settle most enquiries on their own. One diagnostic point: if the engine turns over slowly rather than not at all, check the batteries and the earth strap first. A large share of the starters we are asked to replace are working correctly.

Piston, liner and ring kits

SDEC Piston Liner Kit

Piston, liner and ring kits for SDEC engine overhaul and genset maintenance. The expensive mistake on these kits is ordering across liner types. The SC7H runs dry liners, which are pressed into the block; the SC8D and SC9D run wet liners that seal directly against coolant. A wet-liner kit therefore includes the lower liner O-rings and the top flange seal and a dry-liner kit does not, so the two are not interchangeable whatever the bore. Bore on its own is not enough either: the SC8D and SC9D share a 114 mm bore but run 135 mm and 144 mm strokes, so their pistons differ in compression height even where the liner looks identical. Send the full nameplate code, the engine serial number, and tell us whether the block has been rebored, since oversize pistons carry their own part numbers.

Starter and alternator

SDEC Alternator

Alternator and charging system parts for SDEC-powered gensets and construction machines. Four things identify an alternator and the engine series is only a starting point: system voltage (24 V across most of this range, though 12 V appears on smaller industrial builds), rated output in amps, the mounting foot and bracket pattern, and the pulley. Single-groove, multi-groove and poly-V drives all turn up on the same engine family depending on what else the machine has to drive. Counting the pulley grooves and photographing the mounting feet identifies the unit faster than any model number. Worth ruling out first: a charging complaint is as often a slipping belt, a corroded earth strap or a failed regulator as it is a scrap alternator.

Cooling system parts

SDEC Oil Cooler

Oil cooler and gasket parts for SDEC diesel engines operating in hot oilfield and construction environments. This listing spans four separate engine platforms — the 6.44 L SC7H, the 8.82 L SC9D, the 10.5 L SC11CB and the 12.88 L SC13G — and core size scales with the engine, so nothing crosses between series. Most enquiries that reach us as oil cooler turn out to need the housing gasket set and O-rings rather than a complete assembly; those are the parts that fail and they cost a fraction of a core. The distinction that matters is where the oil is going: an external weep is usually gaskets, while oil found in the coolant or coolant in the oil means the core itself has failed.
