SANY Crane Boom Wear Pads and Telescoping Seals

Boom section wear pads, telescopic cylinder seal kits and boom pin bushings for SANY STC-series truck cranes. Wear pads are the part the telescoping duty cycle consumes: the STC250C5-1 extends its full boom in 80 s and retracts in 105 s, the C5-8 build does the same in 70 / 90 s, and every one of those cycles slides the sections over the pads. Pads are identified by boom section and position — top, bottom and side pads on the same section are different parts, and the pad set for section 2 does not fit section 3. Count the sections on your boom and tell us which one is showing metal-to-metal contact, or send a photograph of the wear marks on the section skin. Telescopic cylinder seals are quoted by the cylinder stamping, since the STC250, STC500 and STC800 each carry a different cylinder. If the boom drifts back under load, the problem is more often the holding valve on the cylinder than the seals; we quote the valve separately against the superstructure serial number.
