SANY Excavator Filter Kit
Maintenance filter kits for SANY excavators used by contractors and mining service fleets. Air, hydraulic and pilot filters follow the machine, but oil, fuel and water separator elements follow the engine — and these four machines carry four different engines: an Isuzu 4JJ1 on the 13.5 t SY135C, a Mitsubishi 4M50 on the 21.9 t SY215C, an Isuzu 6HK1 on the SY365H and a 15.681 L Isuzu 6WG1X on the 49.5 t SY485H. There is no single kit that covers the range. The SY365H alone ships in three builds at 35.0, 36.0 and 38.1 t, so send the full suffix rather than the base model. Send the engine plate with the machine model and we build the kit for that combination instead of shipping a generic set. Tell us the interval you actually run as well: fleets working in abrasive dust change air filters well inside the manual figure, and planning stock around the real interval is cheaper than replacing engines.

SANY Mining Truck Steering Pump
Steering pump support for SANY mining trucks and heavy transport equipment. The SRT95C is a 95 t rigid mining truck at 65 t empty and 160 t fully loaded, powered by a twelve-cylinder 30.5 L Cummins QST30-C1050 with a 60 m3 body. Nothing on a machine of that mass is a light-vehicle part, and the steering pump sits in a circuit with accumulators and an emergency backup supply rather than working as a standalone pump. That matters for diagnosis: steering that is heavy only at idle, heavy throughout, or has lost assist entirely points at three different components, and only one of the three is the pump. Tell us which of those you have. We quote against the machine serial number and the code cast on the pump body, and it helps to say whether you want the bare pump or the pump with its drive coupling, which is a separate item.
Undercarriage parts
SANY Excavator Sprocket and Idler
Sprockets, drive tumblers and front idlers for SANY SY-series excavators. These are sized by machine class, not by model family: the SY135C at 13.5 t, the SY215C at 21.9 t, the SY365H at 35–38.1 t and the SY485H at 49.5 t run four different undercarriage classes, and none of these parts crosses between them. The SY365H alone ships in three builds (-9, -10 and -S) at 35.0, 36.0 and 38.1 t, so send the full suffix rather than the base model. Two things we always ask before quoting: whether you want a bare idler wheel or the complete assembly with recoil spring and track adjuster cylinder, and what condition the track chain is in — a new sprocket run against a stretched chain wears out in a fraction of its normal life, so the two are usually replaced together. The recoil spring is a stored-energy component and should not be stripped in the field.
Undercarriage parts
SANY Excavator Track Chain, Shoes and Rollers
Track link assemblies, track shoes, bottom rollers and carrier rollers for SANY SY-series excavators. Undercarriage wears as one system, so we quote it as one: fitting new chain against a worn sprocket destroys both, and when chain pitch has reached its wear limit the sprocket belongs in the same shutdown. Two details decide the part number and neither is readable from the model name. First, roller count differs between the standard and long-undercarriage builds of the same machine — count the bottom rollers on one side and tell us the number. Second, shoe width is a separate specification from the machine model, since the same SY215C is built with several widths for different ground conditions, and the shoe bolt pattern follows the chain rather than the machine. Abrasive quarry rock and lateritic soils cut undercarriage life well below the manufacturer figures, which is worth planning stock around rather than discovering mid-season.
Transmission parts
LiuGong Loader Transmission Clutch
Transmission clutch parts for LiuGong loaders in quarry and mining transport work. These four machines are not one family: the 10 t CLG835H runs a Yuchai YC6J at 92 kW and a 3 t payload, while the 30.6 t CLG890H runs a Cummins QSM11-C350 at 261 kW and 9 t, and the transmission behind each is sized to match. Clutch packs, friction discs and steel plates are identified by the transmission stamped on the gearbox housing rather than by the loader model, and all four of these builds are out of production, which means a machine still working today has often had its gearbox changed at least once. Read the number off the gearbox itself and send that with the machine serial number. Out of production is also why these fleets need aftermarket support in the first place: the machines are still earning, but factory stock is not coming back.
Bucket, blade and ground engaging tools
LiuGong Loader Bucket Teeth
Bucket teeth, adapters and cutting edges for LiuGong loaders working in aggregate and mine loading. Teeth are chosen by the adapter already fitted to the bucket, not by the loader model — a CLG856H that has had a replacement bucket at some point may be running a different tooth system entirely. Send a photograph of the adapter nose and the pin arrangement, and tell us how many teeth are across the lip. Tooth profile is a working decision as much as a part number: a long penetration tooth digs better in bank material and wears out quickly in abrasive rock, while a chisel or rock profile lasts longer but loads the machine harder. Bucket size is not a simple function of machine size here: the CLG835H takes 1.7 m3 and the CLG862H 3.5 m3, but the CLG856H is listed anywhere from 2.7 to 5.6 m3 depending on build, which is exactly why the bucket rather than the loader model has to be the reference point. Tell us the material you are loading and we will say which profile is worth standardising the fleet on.

LiuGong Grader Cutting Edge
Cutting edge and blade wear parts for LiuGong graders used in mine road maintenance. Cutting edges are specified by length, hole spacing, hole count and thickness, and by whether the moldboard takes a curved or a flat edge. The grader model narrows the choice but does not settle it, because moldboard length is an option on both of these machines. Measure the edge on the machine and count the bolt holes — that measurement identifies the part faster than any model number does. End bits wear at a different rate from the main edge and are ordered separately, and the plough bolts and nuts are consumables in their own right: reusing stretched bolts is the most common reason an edge works loose in service and takes the moldboard face with it.
Cooling system parts
LiuGong Loader Radiator
Radiator, fan and cooling system parts for LiuGong wheel loaders in hot and dusty sites. Cooling packs follow the engine rather than the loader: the CLG835H carries a Yuchai YC6J while the CLG856H and CLG862H both carry a Cummins QSL9.3, so the core, the fan and the shroud differ between the small machine and the two larger ones even though all three are LiuGong loaders. Send the engine plate along with the machine model. On quarry and haul road work the usual cause of a cooling complaint is not a failed radiator at all but a core packed solid with dust between the fins, or a hydraulic oil cooler mounted ahead of it doing the same thing — both are worth checking before buying a core. If a core is being replaced anyway, ask about a wider fin pitch: it blocks far less readily in dusty air, at a small cost in cooling area.
Gasket and overhaul kits
Yuchai Engine Overhaul Kit
Overhaul kits for Yuchai engines used in loaders, trucks, small mining equipment and gensets. Yuchai part numbers are tied to the specific calibration, not to the series name: YC6A covers dozens of builds such as YC6A260-T302 and YC6A240-T300, and compression ratio, pistons and head gasket thickness can differ between them. There is no single kit that covers YC4D, YC6B, YC6J and YC6A together — a four-cylinder YC4D shares nothing with a six-cylinder YC6A. Send the complete engine nameplate code and the engine serial number and we build the kit for that engine.
Fuel injector and fuel pump

Fuel injector matching for Yuchai diesel engines, quoted by engine nameplate and injector part number. Yuchai injectors follow the calibration, not the series: YC6A alone covers dozens of builds such as YC6A260-T302 and YC6A240-T300, and injector flow rating differs between them although the engine looks the same from outside. The four-cylinder YC4E and the six-cylinder YC6L share nothing here. We ask for the number stamped on an injector already fitted as well as the engine nameplate, because on a machine that has been repaired before, what is in the engine is often not what left the factory, and matching the running set matters more than matching the original specification. Injectors are supplied as a set for a reason: one new injector against five worn ones leaves the engine running unevenly and the new one doing more work than it should.

Yuchai Water Pump
Cooling water pumps for Yuchai engines in construction, mining support and genset applications. This listing covers four different engines, from the four-cylinder YC4D up to the YC6108G, and the pump differs by series and usually by build within a series. Pulley diameter and groove count follow what the machine has to drive, so two engines carrying the same model code can take different pumps. Send the engine nameplate, the number cast into the old pump body, and a photograph that shows the pulley. Say also whether you want a bare pump or one with the pulley already pressed on — pressing a pulley in the field without the right tooling is the usual way a new pump gets damaged before it ever runs.
