SANY Crane Winch Brake and Hoist Parts

Main and auxiliary hoist parts for SANY STC-series truck cranes: winch brakes, brake discs and springs, hoist motors, planetary reducers and the counterbalance valve on the hoist circuit. Hoist speed sets the size class of everything on the drum — the STC250 lifts at 125 m/min on the C5-1 and 130 m/min on the C5-8, the STC500 at 135 m/min, and the STC800 is a size class above both, so nothing on the winch crosses between the three. Main and auxiliary hoists on the same crane are separate assemblies with separate part numbers; say which one on the enquiry. If the complaint is a load that creeps down with the control in neutral, the brake and the counterbalance valve account for most cases and cost a fraction of a motor, so we ask for the symptom before quoting the motor. Winch parts are documented in the superstructure book, not the chassis book — send the superstructure serial number, and the cylinder count on the brake if you are ordering brake parts.
