Delivery cylinder sourcing for Zoomlion concrete pumps used on construction sites. The model code carries the specification: in HBT60.13.118RS and HBT80.16.174RSU the first group is output in cubic metres per hour and the second is delivery pressure in MPa, so these are a 60 m3/h 13 MPa machine and an 80 m3/h 16 MPa machine. The second is not a larger version of the first — higher pressure means a different cylinder and different wear parts behind it. Delivery cylinders are chrome-plated bores and they wear as a system with the piston rams: new rams fitted into a scored cylinder are destroyed in short order, so we quote the two together and ask about bore condition.
